| Importance of organism and transcriptomes | Several species of chlorarachniophyte have unique life cycles. This strain possesses three cell types (amoeboid, coccoid, flagellate cells) in its life cycle, and it seems to change the cell form depend on culture conditions. The transcriptome gave us a clue to know control mechanisms of the life cycle. |
