Importance of organism and transcriptomesThis species has adapted to low water temperatures at 2-4 degrees Celsius in Baltic Sea and also relatively high water temperature at 20-25 degrees Celsius in coastal waters in Denmark or others. By comparison with the transcriptome data between them, we will be able to know the difference of gene expression associated with temperature responses. I have some more candidates which are able to compare the temperature responses and would like to conduct this in near future.
