Importance of organism and transcriptomesChattonella subsalsa is a globally distributed harmful algal species, causing massive fish kills in coastal environments worldwide. This sequencing project will provide information about transcriptional regulation of nitrogen and carbon assimilation in Chattonella subsalsa, and ultimately enhance the development of ecological models of harmful algal blooms.
