Importance of organism and transcriptomes | Oxyrrhis marina is a model estuarine and coastal marine heterotrophic dinoflagellate that is easy to culture and used in many labs. This transcriptome will allow us to identify O. marina genes that are involved in predator prey interactions and heterotrophic metabolism. |
